Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 bananas, sliced (add just before serving)
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until just combined. Do not overmix.
In a separate large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple chunks.
Gently fold the fruit mixture into the cream cheese mixture until the fruit is evenly coated.
Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to set.
Just before serving, slice the bananas and gently fold them into the chilled salad.
Serve cold.
Notes
For best results and to prevent bananas from browning, slice and add them immediately before you serve the salad.
