Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, green onions (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
If using feta cheese, gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about one-fourth of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border along the edges.
Tightly roll up the tortilla, starting from one edge.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
Chill the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm. This makes them easier to slice.
Once chilled, unwrap the tortillas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.
Notes
For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
You can substitute other dried fruits like cherries or apricots for the cranberries.
Add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor.
Serve these roll-ups as part of a larger cold appetizer platter.
