Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (15 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese into the basin of a small slow cooker.
  2. Pour the can of Ro-Tel and the can of chili over the cream cheese.
  3. Cook on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cream cheese is fully melted and the dip is smooth and heated through.
  4. Stir well before serving hot with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can substitute the canned chili with 1.5 cups of your favorite homemade chili.
  • If you do not have a slow cooker, you can make this on the stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Serve this ultimate party dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
