Ingredients
Scale
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Lemon slices, for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined. This creates your glaze.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, making sure they are well coated.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
Remove from the oven. Top each fillet with a fresh lemon slice before serving.
Notes
For crispier edges, you can briefly broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
