  • 2 cups club soda, chilled

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the honey and hot water until the honey is dissolved. Let it cool slightly. This creates a simple syrup.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the honey syrup and fresh lemon juice.
  3. If using, stir in the grenadine for a pink hue.
  4. Add the club soda to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
