Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.

  4. Stir in the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and the cheeses are melted.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a keto meal plan delivery option, you can portion this casserole into individual containers for easy grab-and-go lunches.
  • If you don’t have ground beef, you can substitute it with thinly sliced steak for a more traditional cheesesteak flavor.
  • Feel free to add other low-carb vegetables like zucchini or spinach.
  • This casserole is a great gluten-free dinner option.
