Make this easy, no-bake peanut butter pretzel bark for a quick sweet and salty dessert perfect for snacking or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until completely smooth.
  3. Stir the powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the crushed pretzels and chopped peanuts, if using. Mix just until distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Lift the bark out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Break or cut into irregular pieces before serving.

Notes

  • For a different look, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before chilling.
  • Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture in the base.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
