Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the sour cream, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, dried dill weed, and garlic powder to the bowl.
  3. Use an electric mixer or a sturdy spoon to combine all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  4. Taste the dip and add salt and pepper as needed.
